A Dancing Dress

It was the day before my sorority formal, and I still didn't have a dress that I loved, but being a college student, I didn't have a lot of money to just spend on a new dress. So I decided to make my own. I found some leftover fabric and went to the sewing machine. I didn't have a pattern, so I just measured, cut, and went to town. when I finished it and put it on, I was so happy with how it looked. I got so many compliments on it and so many people asked me where I got it from. It was an amazing feeling having my first design be something that I loved and that other people loved. i was happy, confident, and danced the night away.
